1. All orders received by Little Mill Shops are regarded as placed and received in England. Any disputes arising should be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

3. The prices quoted on our website are shown in UK Sterling (GBP) inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and exclude delivery charges. Errors and ommissions excluded.

Whilst every effort has been made to represent the garment and swatch colours as accurately as possible, there may be some minor variation between the screen colour and the product. 7. Credit/Debit Card Payments: It is our normal practice that debit or credit card payments will be processed on receipt of your order. Certain items are manufactured to order and payment clearance is required prior to arranging manufacture. Please feel free to contact us prior to ordering to establish stock position. Please allow up to 30 days for full shipment of order by us.
8. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.
9. All risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
