We will normally despatch stock items immediately on payment clearance. We welcome telephone, fax and e-mail enquiries to check availability. Certain lines are manufactured to order and as a general guideline we ask that you allow up to 30 days from receipt of order by us for full shipment to take place. All parcels are fully insured. Overseas parcels are marked as gift parcels and shipped by Air. Little Mill Shops hold no liability in respect of any charges on importation.
Value Added Tax
The postal rates incorporates the saving from Value Added Tax Free Exemption on Exports. No further refund allowance is applicable.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we offer an exchange or refund of the price paid for the goods. This is provided the goods are returned in the original and unworn condition and within a reasonable time. Our policy does not prejudice your rights under The Sale Of Goods Act.
